Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in new condition. Item must be returned in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at sales@secamerica.com or call (802) 865 8388 to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Agree number). Reference RMA # on the box and all correspondences.

Refunds

Once the item is received, you will be notified of its receipt and it will be inspected. After inspection you will be notified of the refund status. Refunds will be remitted to the credit card used to make the original payment, less shipping costs, restocking fees and 4% credit card fee.

Restocking Fees

Shipping costs are nonrefundable and are to be prepaid for the return shipping costs. For items received in perfect condition, in unopened box the restocking fee is 5% + 4% credit card fee. Items received in resealed boxes, never installed and in new condition the restocking fee is 10% + 4% credit card fee. Any item installed/used, has scratches/dents, missing/damaged parts are not eligible for refund. If the return is rejected and it is the desire of the owner to have the item returned, payment for the shipment will be prepaid by the owner.

Cancellations

If a web order is cancelled before the items have shipped, the order will be refunded on the credit card used to purchase the items minus the credit card fee.
